Vacation Rental Description

Three bedrooms, Two Baths on one level. Near Chinook Winds Casino,
Tanger Outlet Mall, and many local shops! Enjoy the salt air and take
a short walk to the beach.

This 1400 square foot home sleeps up to 8 people. Queen bed in master
suite, two twin beds in second bedroom, and a daybed with pull out
trundle that can sleep two people separately or can be made into one
king size bed. There is also a hide a bed couch in the family room
that makes into a double bed and sleeps two. 

If you or others in your party need to be working while you're trying
to vacation, we have a modest office space available for you, with
free long distance in the continental United States, a fax machine
with a dedicated line, and high speed (1.5 mg) internet service all
included. Stay as long as you like, working from your satellite
office, and finish your day with a walk on the beach! Great for
"getting away" and still managing your home based business, or just as
an office away from the office for the professional crowd.

Have something you've always wanted to do at the coast? Guided trips
for Salmon, Tuna, Halibut, or Bottom Fishing? Or just an evening
stroll on the beach to soothe the pressures of the day. Whatever

Summer rates (May 15 thru September 15) 125.00 per night. Two night
minimum.

Thanksgiving, Christmas are considered Peak Season.

Off season 95.00 per night with a two night minimum.

Weekly specials available in off season.

200.00 Refundable security deposit

60.00 cleaning fee
