Welcome to our Mountain getaway. This home offers 4 bedrooms 2  
baths,  
cental air, fireplace, Pool table with sitting area T.V. and VCR.  
Living room has T.V., DVD and VCR player, Stereo, eat-in kitchen. 2  
Master bedrooms 1 with Queen size bed the other with Full size bed.  
3rd bedroom has 4 bunk beds, 4th Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds.  
Both bathroom have full showers and tubs. Washer and Dryer. 
Enjoy 2 decks one with grill and table the other for just sitting  
and  
relaxing. 
Just a short walk or ride to the Beach or Pool. Sledding hill just  
one block away behind the club house.

Reservation Fee of $75.00 Nonrefundable 
Payment in way of Check, Cashiers check,or Money Oeder. 
Arrowhead Lakes Amenities fees: 
Gate card- $25.00 per vehicle 
Pools/Amenities passes - $7.50 per day/per person or $ 25/week/per  
person. 
Children 6 and under are free.  
Easter Weekend $800.00  All Holiday weekends are Friday to Monday. 
Weeks Run Saturday to Friday   
Weekends are Friday to Sunday. 
 
Must Be Over 25 years of age to Rent. 
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITH THE PAYMENT. DEPOSIT FEE IS  
$300.00. WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RENTAL.
