Vacation Rental Description

Large studio condo with two large patios (225 additional sq ft) 
perfectly located steps away from the beach and a comfortable walk 
to the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue.  The property only 
has 10 units and is very quiet and peaceful.  Beautiful grounds and 
private pool area.
Although this is a studio, the kitchen is a separate room and the 
additional patio space makes the unit twice as big.

last year.  

Ground floor location with parking directly in front and pool is a 
few steps from patio.

Tile and terrazo floors (no carpeting)and open access to outside is 
ideal for someone who prefers "eco" friendly environments.

Activities and Attractions

Shopping, restaurants, beach, wind surfing, jet skiing, surfing, 
snorkeling, diving, kayaking, library, walking, biking, and other 
outdoor activities.  
Delray Beach has many events and festivals.
World class tennis at the tennis center.
Large malls less than 15 minutes away.
Whole Foods eight miles away.
