My Beautiful Beach Cottage in St Pete Beach

Charming beach cottage only steps to beautiful St. Pete Beach, the
Gulf of Mexico, and the world famous "pink castle", the Don CeSar
Hotel. Located only minutes from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, St.
Petersburg Pier, Salvador Dali Museum, Sunken Gardens, Adventure
Island, and the list goes on. Only 90 minutes to Disney, SeaWorld,
and Universal Studios. Within walking distance of many wonderful
shops and restaurants or use the Beach Trolley to travel the whole
beach.  The Cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and can accomodate a 5th small person or child.

The cottage has cable TV, washer/dryer. As a special service, for a
small fee (plus the cost of your items), I will be happy to have
you find whatever items you might like waiting for you, ie.,
coffee, bread, milk, beer, wine (for those over 21) etc. All you
need to do is to email me what you would like to find upon your
arrival. I do provide a complimentary basket of fruit and some
bottled water for your refreshment after traveling. All you need
bring are your swim suits, beach towels, sunscreen, and smiles!

There is off-street parking for one vehicle. 

THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE COTTAGE!

Besides beautiful St. Pete Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, there is
the beautiful, new St. Pete Beach Recreation Center and Pool just
2.5 miles away and the Trolley can take you there. Many of the
hotels offer parasailing, and other fun-filled activities. Or just
relax and read a good book while you soak up our wonderful sunshine.

Rates start at $700/wk in the off season (June 1st through September
30th) and $1100/wk in season (October 1st through May 31st). A
$500 security deposit is required and refundable provided no damage
and is due at check in. Refund is mailed to you within 5 working
days of your departure. The deposit to secure the cottage is 1/2 of
the total rental with the balance due 3 weeks prior to check-in. If
you must cancel, cancellation must be 30 days prior to your
scheduled arrival. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from
the deposit as long as the cottage is re-rented for the dates you
requested. In the event we are UNABLE to re-rent the cottage for
your requested dates, there is no refund. All funds are in U.S.
dollars and payable in cash, cashier's check, traveler's check, or
personal check. No credit cards. There is a $100 non-refundable
cleaning fee. ***Special*** Only $2500 for a
month with a minimum of 3 months stay!!!
