the private marina and out into the bay water. With 2 bedrooms  
(Queen Beds) and a Futon (Double) you can comfortably sleep 6. 
 
Bring your own boat and keep it in a secure private boat slip during  
your stay. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24'x9' and is  
protected by the canal on the bay side. The marina is equipped with  
fish cleaning stations and fresh water. 
 
Las Marinas also offers a community pool and jacuzzi for relaxing on  
site. So be sure and bring your swim trunks! 
 
The Condo is within 2 miles of everything the Island has to offer  
including public beaches, restaurants, bars and clubs, and  
Schlitterbahn Water Park.
