Pimentel Beach and Swimming Pool at Los Cocos in Pimentel

Our condo has its 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full washroom with shower. The
master-bedroom has a Queen size canope bed and patio doors off a
small balcony overlooking the gardens. The first floor has all ceramic floors.
Here there's the kitchen, livingroom/diningroom with more patio doors,
this time leading to the private and secure patio.

There are 10 beach showers by the pool.
Cable TV and a DVD player.
A HiFi system.

The market is a 10 minute walk away and for 30 cents you can ride back
in a typical moto-taxi with your purchases.
Telephones are installed. We will provide the telephone service.
But for long distance calls you will need to buy a calling card.

There is a pool at the condominium and at your request the pool is
cleaned and refilled with fresh water.
There is play area for children. A 24hr security-guard/doorman,
and on the grounds parking if needed.
There is much to see and do, for example the archeology is especially
rich. A beautiful ocean beach is just a 2 minute walk away.
You'll find plenty of pamphlets left for you on the desk.

We have plenty of personal references available.

The rent is 50$ a day with a minimum of $500.00. We charge a maximum
of $1,000.00 for one month. A good rate considering its size and its brand new construction
and all new furnishings.
