Vacation Rental Description

This is a luxurious air-conditioned two bedroom/two bath condo 
looking out to the beautiful Beach in Guayabitos.  The living room, 
kitchen and terrace have an ocean view. The condo is located on the 
first floor which allows for easy access to the beach. 

Both bedrooms have Queen size beds with large mirrored closets and 
two Flat TV and DVD.  Each bathroom has a large tiled shower.
 
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, washer-dryer, gas stove 
w/oven, and full size refrigerator.  
 
This 15 unit condo complex has a garden area with an infinity pool, 
gas BBQ, pool furniture - a wonderful place to read and relax!

The small town of Guayabitos is a quiet beach resort town 45 minutes 
north of Puerto Vallarta’s airport.  It is a popular paradise spot 
for Mexicans, Americans and Canadians.  Street and beach vendors 
sell fresh seafood, fresh fruit, bread, and craft items. There is an 
abundance of restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery 
stores, liquor stores, internet cafes, beach toys and clothing 
stores.     

Vacation Rental Amenities

You have a washer & gas dryer, gas over, coffee pot, blender, and 
fully equipped kitchen with eating area, BBQ, pool, private patio, 
parking, two flat TV's w/ DVD player, and great beach views.  

Activities and Attractions

You can indulge in a wide variety of activities ranging from just 
lying on the beach enjoying the sun, the sea and the sand, taking in 
the peace and quiet to taking rides on a glass-bottom boat to  nearby 
virgin beaches, perfect for swimming and diving. It is common to see 
dolphins on these trips and from November to March, you might even be 
able to see whales. Other activities: fishing, horseback riding, 
jungle tours to San Blas, bird watching, bus tours, Market in La 
Penita where there is also access to an ATM.

Winter rates ($1000 USD per week December 1 - April 30)
Nightly Winter rates $165 USD per night + one time set up fee
4 days or more discount @ $150 USD per day + one time set up fee

Summer rates ($850 USD per week: May 1 - November 30)
Nightly Summer rates $145 USD per night + one time set up fee
4 days or more discount @ $130 USD per day + one time set up fee

Christmas and New years ($1200 USD per week: December 16-January 5)
Nightly rates $180 USD per night + one time set up fee

Deposit is 30% at time of booking and the total amount due 45 days 
before visit. 

$200 refundable security deposit
Set up fee is $50
