Free Kayaks and bicycles! Summer is hot in Bullhead but the house and river/lake are cold! Great place for an affordable summer vacation. Very close to Colorado River. Huge misted patio where you can watch the sunset after a day of fun. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast nook while watching quail and roadrunners in the back yard and looking out at the desert mountains. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while viewing awesome sunsets. This is a beautiful and immaculate 1200 sq. foot home with a spectacular view and enormous patio for entertaining. It has all new paint,tile,carpets,counter tops, windows, water heater appliances, washer, dryer
cabinets,A/C, heat, water softner, ro drinking water, There is an attached 2 car garage. There is an association pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse 1/2 block away. WiFi and Xbox, Direct TV HDDVR 40 inch LCD TV in living room and Direct TV in all rooms. Soft crib, child car seat and high chair are included. The house is only 1/2 of a mile from Colorado River and boat launch and non-motorized boat launch. Includes a free, locked storage area less than a minute away for boats or trailers
Laughlin is just across the river. Not a party/trash home!!! House is privately owned not part of a management company. Special requests welcomed!
