Vacation Rental Description

This is a newly remodeled,furnished 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 1915 
square foot split-level oceanfront penthouse with spectacular views 
of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding marsh areas of Amelia Island. 
It is located in Turtle Dunes which is the southernmost condo  of  
Amelia Island Plantation resort. This is a spacious and beautifully 
decorated condo. 
Downstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, family 
area and half-bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 
its own bathroom (new tile,counters and cabinets in all bathrooms.  
Also,there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The 
unit sleeps 7 (sleeper sofa) and has a newly remodelled fully 
equipped kitchen with silestone counters and new cabinets.
Also, there is internet access. Literally, you are steps away from the ocean!

Activities and Attractions

Come visit and spend some time on our spectacular, uncrowded island 
at this AAA 4 Diamond oceanfront resort.  Amelia Island Plantation 
has 3 championship golf courses,a large tennis complex, Beach Club 
(kids camp/activities), Nature Center and miles of biking and 
walking 
trails.  This family-oriented resort is gated and also includes a 
Health & Fitness Center, raquetball courts, Spa and Ionotherapy, and 
numerous scattered hidden playgrounds for kids.  There are also  
picturesque boardwalk views through the marsh and kayaking is also 
available.  There are many casual and upscale restaurants and 
specialty and clothing shops.

Historic downtown Fernandina is only minutes away, with its many 
antique stores, art galleries and variety shops.
  
At any of the 3 local marinas, activities such as sailing, deep sea 
fishing and boat excursions are readily available. Also, 
Jacksonville 
International Airport is only 30 minutes away.

April thru September @ $475 per night (3-day minimum/ $3200 per week)

October thru March @ $350 per night(3-day minimum / $2300 per week)
