Vacation Rental Description

This newly built, well appointed, 1832 sq. ft. home is centrally 
located in Cathedral City between the desert communities of Palm 
Springs, Palm Desert, and Rancho Mirage.  This home has three 
bedrooms and two and a quarter baths in the gated community of 
Campanile Swim Club.  It is the perfect home for recreation and 
relaxation. There are three patios with amazing views, and an 
attached two car garage. No smoking in the home or garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is in a private walled and gated community approximately 
1000 feet from the community recreation center showcasing a gym, 
pool, spa, barbecue area, and playground.  There are also attractive 
walking areas throughout the development.  The fully equipped 
kitchen 
has granite counters with stainless steel appliances, and sink. The 
home will comfortably sleep six adults in the three upstairs 
bedrooms.  The large master suite has a queen bed and dual sinks in 
the bath with a separate soaking tub and shower with an enclosed 
toilet. It also has a large walk-in closet and sitting area.  The 
second bedroom has a queen bed and along with the master suite has 
direct access to a large upstairs outside patio with views.  The 
third bedroom has twin beds.  A laundry room is conveniently located 
upstairs with a brand new washer and dryer.  The living room has a 
queen size sofa/hide a bed.  The back patio has a new gas BBQ and 
leads to a private fully landscaped walled yard.

Centrally located just minutes from shopping, golf courses, casinos, 
hospitals, churches, libraries, fine dining, sightseeing, and much 
more.

Large community pool, spa and recreation area, and walking paths 
throughout the community.

31-60 days 50% Refund of Reservation Deposit
61 days or more Full Refund of Reservation Deoposit
