Vacation Rental Description

Stay at our river house "Rainbows End". This is not a mobile home, 
but a spacious, comfortable block house. You will enjoy your stay 
with a large resort style deck leading to your 40' dock on a deep 
waterway just a minute or two to the St. Johns River. Big Bass 
Country! Directly across from your deck and dock is a natural wooded 
area of majestic cypress trees and spanish moss, oaks, elms and 
palms. You can sit on the deck and see racoons, owls, egrets, 
turtles, kingfishers, a flourish of nature and peace. You will also 
enjoy a large screened patio overlooking your deck and dock. You have 
chaise lounges and umbrella'd table and chairs for  picnicking and 
grilling. Even fish from your dock and catch dinner!From the coffee 
pot to your boat is about 40 steps. Also you'll have an outside grill 
and a firepit to sit and look at all the stars. Our community boat 
ramp is just around the corner to put your boat in the water (no fees). You 
also have a large fish cage to keep your catches alive until you are 
ready to clean them at the fish cleaning station and grill for supper.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, flowing right out to the screened 
patio with a large dining table and easy chairs with cable tv. All  
overlooking the water. We can accomodate 7 for sleeping. We are proud 
to have a relaxed atmosphere here at "Rainbows End"; fishing the 
river or swimming at the crystal clear water of the springs with a 
temperature of 72 degrees winter, summer, spring or fall are just a
couple of the things to enjoy. Fishing, hunting, surfing and diving 
are the main decor themes and vacation activities to enjoy. There is 
cable television in the living room with DVD player, bedroom and patio. 
Also included; a fully equipped kitchen should you decide to 
cook, including microwave, all the comforts of home. However there 
are several excellent restaurants within minutes. After all you are 
on vacation. The famous Blackwater Inn is only a few minutes away by 
boat or by car. 

Activities and Attractions

The historical St. Johns River, Big Bass Fishing, Silver Glen 
Springs, Ponce De Leon Park (cook pitchers of all the pancakes you 
can eat right at your table with homemade syrups), Alexander Springs 
(swimming, hiking and scuba diving). Go by land or by sea. Boating, 
fishing, scuba diving, surfing at Daytona Beach or Flagler Beach, the 
Volusia Racetrack is minutes away and the World Famous Daytona Beach 
you can drive on, sunbathe, surf, shop or whatever strikes your fancy.
Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach are about 40 minutes away, beaches, 
racetrack, dog track, shopping, malls, Bike Week, Biketoberfest or 
just a day at the beach ( Summer Saturday night fireworks at the beach). 

Vacation Rental Rates

Ask about SPRING special: $550.00 per week APRIL/MAY/JUNE! Must be paid in advance of arrival.
$100.00 per night (3 night minimum) 1-2 people *based on double occupancy*
$50.00 per person over 2
Get Away Special: $250.00 *3 day weekend reserved/paid in advance (arrive Friday after 10am/depart 
Sun 7pm / or other days of the week* 3 day weekend special.
$625.00 per week (2 person occupancy) *Year round* No increase "event" week or Holidays! (exception; 
special discount rates)
$200.00 required deposit/refundable within 5 business days of departure
$100.00 cleaning fee ( one time)

Payment in full must be recieved prior to arrival in the form of a cashier's check or money order. 
We rent on a first come/first served basis. We require the full amount paid by cashier check or 
money order in order to hold the reservation/confirm your time for the rental.

$625.00 per week *Year Round Rates* No Increase for "event" weeks or Holidays! (except when 
discounted rates offered)
