This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath is located on the 3rd floor overlooking
a private beach at Clearwater Point on the inter-coastal on
Clearwater Beach. This fully furnished condo was just painted and re-
furnished and is only steps from white sand of Clearwater Beach. Lay
on the sand or relax by the pristine pool and Jacuzzi. Enjoy the
water & city view from your private balcony or bedroom, day or
night. You will love the great view of boats and dolphins in the
nearby channel.

This fully furnished condo is like a home away from
home. All towels, linens, and kitchen items are there for you.
There is also a DVD/VCR for the TV so that you can watch your
favorite movies. The coin washer and dryer are only a few doors down
on the 3rd floor. An elevator is there for your convenience and an
assigned parking space. Also, there are three pools to choose from,
a Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, picnic area, tennis and shuffleboard just to
name a few of the amenities available without even leaving the
complex. WIFI high-speed internet and phone which includes FREE long-distance to USA & Canada.

Many different activities are available within walking distance.
Fishing, boating, diving, jet-ski rental, swimming, laying on the
beach and shopping are just a few. There are numerous restaurants
close by, many within walking distance.

Busch Gardens, Tampa is only about 30 miles east and Disney, Orlando
area is a little under 90 miles east.

Low Season July thru October $2,000 month
Mid Season May and June $2,250 month
High Season November thru April $2,550 month

A $550 deposit is due at time of booking, $ 50 used for condo registration
One time cleaning fee of $90.00 (optional weekly/monthly cleaning is available) $410 is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection.
