sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico for relaxed walks on the ocean 
beach, lazy days sunning and playing in the surf, collecting seashells 
or watching the amazing sunsets. 
 
First time this Luxury Estate has been made available for short or 
long-term lease.  Uniquely large  featuring; approximately 10,000 
square feet of comfort and luxury.  Comfortably sleeps 25 people.

Private home features a main house with; Master Bedroom suite with 1 
king bed and full private ensuite bath, 5 guest suites all with at 
least 2 queen beds and a private full ensuite bath in each, a 
"teenage" bunk room that sleeps 5 and a separate 2 bedroom 2 bath 
guest house - for a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 baths. 
 
Expansive fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen featuring Subzero and Viking 
appliances with two dishwashers and an icemaker.  
 
Large exterior gas BBQ Grill 
 
Total of four washer and dryer sets throughout the residence.  
 
Large Media Viewing Room with dependable Cable television, DVD player, 
VCR player and a Television with cable access in each bedroom.

Mid-Season: June - July      base rate: 17,000. per week 
 
Off-Season: August - October   base rate: 15,500. per week
