The St. Charles Avenue Streetcar takes you to the famous French Quarter, the Convention Center, the Riverwalk, and the Superdome, all within three miles. Too many incredible restaurants to write! You are only minutes from Tulane and Loyola Universities, Tipitina's, the Audubon Park and Zoo, downtown, Mardi Gras parades, Jazz Fest, art gallery openings, music, bars... The list goes on!

Upstairs is a spacious loft with 2 large balconies, wet bar, jacuzzi, glass shower. Downstairs are two bedrooms: the larger bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller one has a full bed.

This a most unique and beautiful house. It is truly a work of art. I am very particular about who I rent the property to because it is our HOME, and I will only be renting it out for a limited time. 3 night minimum, No exceptions. Special events may require 7 day stay. $500 damage deposit required. $95 cleaning fee/stay, additional $140 fee for pets (carpet and comforter cleaning fees)
