property and the neighborhood (including a Google map).  The location is ideal for Superdome and  
Convention Center events (10 minute drive). Located 4 houses off renowned Magazine Street, this New  
Orleans home is ideally located for a casual stroll to antique and eclectic shops, unique  
restaurants, many bars and coffeehouses, or to just enjoy the scenic street shaded by beautiful old  
oak trees.  In the heart of historic uptown New Orleans, you are only a streetcar ride from many  
local attractions.  The St. Charles Avenue Streetcar takes you to the famous French Quarter, the  
Convention Center, the Riverwalk, and the Superdome, all within three miles.  Too many incredible  
restaurants to write!  You are only minutes from Tulane and Loyola Universities, Tipitina's, the  
Audubon Park and Zoo, downtown, music, bars...  The list goes on!  
  
For the business professional, there is a desk, fax, printer, (drivers provided), and wireless  
internet. 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Offstreet parking for 3 vehicles (Although you really do not need one!), fully furnished, wireless  
internet, Satellite TV (Direct TV) with NFL Sunday Ticket package, 2 Big Screen Huge HD TV's, modern  
kitchen, washer and dryer, shaded garden patio in back, BBQ, hammock.  Upstairs is a spacious  
loft with 2 large balconies, wet bar, jacuzzi, glass shower.  Downstairs are two bedrooms: the  
larger bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller one has a full bed. 
 
This is not a condo or a duplex ~ this a most unique and beautiful home.  It is truly a work of  
art.  I am very particular about who I rent the property to because it is our HOME, and I will only  
be renting it out for a limited time.  If you are interested, I suggest you reserve your spot today.

Regular Rates: 
 $300/night (3 night Min.)  
 $1,700/6 nights (discounted) 
 $1,800 Week     (discounted) 
 
~Inquire about special rates for special rates for Mardi Gras, Sugar Bowl, Jazz Fest, holidays and  
special events (50% Increase in rate). 
 
3 night minimum, No exceptions.  $500 damage deposit required. 
 
$90 cleaning fee/stay, additional $140 fee for pet (carpet and comforter cleaning fees)
