The spacious master suite with King Size Bed, Garden Tub and
walk-in shower also has a covered balcony with ocean views.
A second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin bed and bathroom.
 The third bedroom guest ssuite on the first floor has a Queen Bed and a twin sofa bed and its own bathroom.  The first floor bedroom also has covered patio and a backyard with outdoor shower.
There are ocean views from three levels and balconies.
Also enjoy the Ocean Terrace -- a rooftop sun deck, perfect for
sunbathing and marvelous views of the ocean and the town. This
spacious home, over 2700 sq feet, also has a
two-car garage with garage door opener for your convenience.
When you're not eating out at any of the many popular nearby
restaurants, you might enjoy cooking at home in the beautiful fully-
equipped designer kitchen.  TVs in two bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Fully equipped Kitchen with large pantry, built in microwave,
glass top range, dishwasher, granite countertops, 42" cabinets,
etc.  Cable TV,  Internet,  2 car garage. 

Elevator will be available for use with advance request.  We have a limited number of bikes available on request, on a first come, first served basis. 

We have a  pack n play, toddler bed, booster chair, unbrella stroller and wagon also available on request.

PETS are allowed at the discretion of the owner and must be discussed when making the reservation. We charge a non-refundable pet fee.  minimum $100.

Steps to the ocean for swimming, walking, surfing, fishing. Nearby
golfing, boating, deep sea fishing, water park, horseback riding,
biking, kajaking etc. A short drive to St. Augustine, Amelia Island,
Fernandina Beach, Mayport Naval Station, TPC and World Golf Village.
Several State Parks nearby.  Beaches Trolley available for travel around the beaches area in summer.  50 cents per ride

10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic and also
convenient to The University of Florida at Shands Hospital and Proton Center

$1500 to $1750 per week. $3500 to $4500 per month.
plus tax, 13%,  and cleaning fee, minimum $100.

Prices may be higher during holidays or special event weeks.
