Hoover Dam is located just 35 miles from the home.

The Grand Canyon is located exactly 4 hours from the home via car,
but there are many tourist offices that sell helicopter/small plane
tours from the strip daily.

20 minutes from Lake mead where you can enjoy boating, jet-ski, water-
ski etc. (There is space for boat parking on the property)

Weekly Rate: $2600.00 This includes A HEATED POOL and SPA. Cleaning fee is $150
Weekend Daily rate: $400.00-500.00
Weekday Daily Rate: $350.00-370.00 THERE IS A 2 DAY MINIMUM FOR THIS HOME
Weekend 3-day Rate: $1200.00, plus cleaning fee of $150.00
Weekend 2-day Rate:  $1000.00, plus a cleaning fee of $150.00
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME, NO PETS

Cleaning Fee: $150.00 The first 16 guests are included in the rental rate
there is an additional charge per guest thereafter
