Vacation Rental Description

The house sits on a beautiful 1/2 acre lot and backs into a reserve...enjoy the privacy and serenity 
in great weather. 

Enjoy outdoor dining under the custom built Ramada with outdoor lighting, music, and outstanding 
sunsets. The large yard also has a swimming pool and two separate grass areas on both sides. 

The house itself has an open floor plan great for entertaining, a kitchen island facing the family 
room, along with a dining room and living room separated by half walls and an arch. It's a split 
floor plan with the master bedroom separated from the other 3 bedrooms.

The whole house has been tastefully furnished and decorated. It is painted in beautiful earth colors 
that give warmth and complement the house. The mattresses have pillow tops to add comfort, and the 
linens and towels have been carefully selected thinking on your comfort. The outdoor area offers 
plenty of seating arrangements, with two different table sets, and comfortable lawn chairs for sun 
bathing.

The sleeping arrangements are as follow: master bedroom with queen size bed; second bedroom with 
queen size bed; third bedroom with queen size murphy bed; fourth bedroom with two twin beds (trundle 
bed); queen size sofa bed in the living room's sectional; and full size futon in the front room. 
This allows to accommodate up to 8 people in private bedrooms, and 4 more people in common areas. 

Enjoy Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, and a playground, all within walking distance or less than a 
mile away. 

The house is centrally located in a cul-de-sac in Moon Valley, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 
minutes from Scottsdale, and just a few minutes from I-17, Highway 51, and the Loop 101.
