Galveston Tropical Palms at Maravilla (No occupancy till Aug in Galveston

Although this condo was not damaged by the devastating June 3 Maravilla fire, I am not acception reservations for occupancy until after August 1 - please check-back in the future in case we will be able to rent sooner.

Experience a tropical paradise at beautiful "Galveston Tropical
Palms" at the Maravilla Resort Condominium. From your spacious
balcony (385 sq ft), you can view the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the
enjoy the lush vegetation surrounding the two pools, the secluded
hot tub and the bubbling rock waterfall and meandering brook. Your
Galveston Island Condo features two bedrooms. From the elegant
master bedroom you can open the doors and be on the
balcony complete with wooden patio furniture and many plants, for romantic evenings. Between
the two bathrooms there is a double ceramic tiled shower for your
relaxation
and enjoyment.
The living/dining/eating area is open so it is easy to visit with
family and friends. You can choose to dine at the antique table in
front of the window or eat at the barstools on the granite counter or
eat on the balcony (placemats and cloth napkins available). The designer kitchen
features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Since
this is my vacation home away from home it is fully equipped with
dishes, glasses, a blender, wine and marguerita glasses, champagne flutes, an electric
skillet as well as variety of spices and condiments for your use.
In case you want to "work" on your vacation, there
for easy access to the internet or the Web in the main office. And if you want to "work
out", there is an exercise/weight room where you can watch the
gently waves of the Gulf as you exercise.

In the Condo

-2 large lighted "resort" type pools, one with a cabana and swim
around island (open to 11 pm on weekends)

-Rock waterfall and meandering brook

-Exercise/weight room
-Secluded hot tub surrounded by lush tropical plants
-Coin-operated laundry facility
-Covered parking

"Galveston Tropical Palms" is on the Seawall, so you can stroll and
watch the waves or bike from one end to the other. Your vacation
paradise is close enough to downtown so you can experience all that
Galveston was to offer - shopping, antiques, restaurants, The Strand,
cruise ship dockings - yet far enough away that you are not
in "tourist heaven".
Since you will be on the west end of Galveston Island, you are also
close to Schiltterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, the largest fishing
pier in Texas, the movie theatre and miniature golf.
