Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful brand new home located in West Wardsboro, on secluded one  
acre lot. Centrally located between Mt. Snow and Stratton Mountains  
and just a short drive to Okemo and Bromley ski areas. This getaway  
boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  
On the main floor there are two bedrooms. One with a queen and the  
other has two twin beds, both of which share a bathroom. The main  
floor has a large open living area. A spacious living room, fully  
equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and adjacent  
dining area that can seat 14 comfortably all enjoy the wood-burning  
fireplace. Off the kitchen is the ski room to store all of your gear  
with a seperate entrance! 
Upstairs is the Master suite with a queen bed, private balcony and  
jacuzzi tub. Also upstairs is a spacious loft including a queen  
sized futon. 
The lower level features a seperate bedroom with a queen bed,  
laundry room, full bath and huge family/game room with a queen  
pullout sofa.

The following rates apply for the 2007-2008 Fall/Winter season

$1000 per week 
$600 per weekend - $295 extra day 
 
Winter Rates* (December - April) 
$1500 per week 
$800 per weekend $350 extra day 
$4,500 per month 
$17,500 per season
