Coronado Executive Cottage in Coronado

Available again due to tenant's medical problem. A lovely cottage in the charming village of Coronado. The house is a
block & half from beach. The address is 1023 Encino Row, Coronado,
CA. 92118. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, Hotel del Coronado &
the beautiful Coronado beach (including "dog beach"). Only 10
minutes to downtown San Diego, by Coronado Bay Bridge. The house is
located on a quiet street in a very good neighborhood. The front
yard has an orange tree and flower beds; at the back is a small enclosed
patio with deck, table & chairs, BBQ, and outdoor heater for winter.
The cottage is about 800+ square feet, and has a storage yard for
bikes, surfboards, etc.

One bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the other with a fully
equipped office section and one twin daybed. The bathroom has walk in
shower(no tub).
Lots of windows and built-ins, new "Pottery Barn" style furnishings,
HDTVs, cable, hi-speed internet and wireless access, fax, phone
(unlimited local & nationwide calling), printer, scanner,
desk/chair. All you need is your laptop!
There is central heating, a fireplace, 4 ceiling fans, 3 small
closets and surprising amount of storage for a small home.
Washer/dryer, gas stove, frig, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes,
linens. Gardening service and utilities are included.
Off street parking and cleaning service can be arranged.

Coronado and the greater San Diego area is famous for it's weather
and outdoor activities. They are too numerous to list, but I will be
happy to direct you to websites that can provide you with lots of
information. Coronado is a great place to boat, swim, walk, surf,
bicycle,play tennis & golf and we have places in town to rent all
kinds of equipment. There are also theatres, concert halls, museums,
art galleries, clubs and all sorts of music venues, etc., just
minutes away.
The island is connected to San Diego by bridge, ferries, and water
taxis, and we're only minutes from the border with Mexico.
Just a few of the attractions and activities available: Petco Park
(Padres), San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Lego Land,
Whale Watching trips, fishing boats, Harbor Cruises, Tennis
facilities, golf courses, Charger's Football, Horse racing, Casinos,
all water sports, shopping,etc.....

This house is only available for monthly rental.
