Belize. With affordable family or group rates and packages. Equipped
with modern amenities in a bed and breakfast environment with ons ite
management. 

Toucan 1 has  3 double beds and 2 rooms with 1 bath with full kitchen.
Ideal for a large family or group on a budget. Rustic but comfortable
with modern amenities make this property high demand.

Toucan 2&3 are identical with 2 double beds and 2 rooms with one bath.
Large veranda and kitchenette. Rustic outside, luxury inside. AC,
Great Views.

Toucan 4 is a 2 bedroom large unit (1200 sqft) with 2 bedrooms and 1
bath with full kitchen, it includes 2 queens along
with a futon. Large cozy family unit. AC included in 1 bedroom.

Toucan 5 is a studio unit with a queen bed and a futon to accommodate
3 occ. Kitchenette. Tiled throughout, ideal for a honeymooning couple.

Toucan 6 is a New Upscale three storey two floors Unit. It has 2
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath tub), mini bar, 2 queen beds, 1
single and
a futon. Full kitchen. Luxury interior. Family rental.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates based on two seasons. Summer (july 1st - Nov 30th) & Winter (Dec
1st - Jun 30th). 


Toucan 1 can sleep a maximum of 8 persons and rates are based on 4
adults. Rates per night are US$105 per night (summer) and US$120 per
night (winter). Weekly US$735 (summer) and US$840 (winter) Each
additional person $10 per night

Toucan 2&3 can sleep a maximum of 6 persons and rates are based on 4
adults. Rates per night are US$90 per night (summer) and US$110 per
night (winter). Weekly US$630 (summer) and US$770 (winter)

Toucan 4 can sleep a maximum of 6 persons and rates are based on 4
adults. Rates per night are US$100 per night (summer) and US$120 per
night (winter). Weekly US$700 (summer) and US$840 (winter)

Toucan 5 can sleep a maximum of 4 persons and rates are based on 2
adults. Rates per night are US$45 per night (summer) and US$55 per
night (winter). Weekly US$315 (summer) and US$385 (winter)

Toucan 6 can sleep a maximum of 8 persons and rates are based on 4
adults. Rates per night are US$100 per night (summer) and US$120 per
