A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, along with a $300
refundable security deposit. You may cancel within 60 days for a full
refund. Less than 60 days, only the security deposit will be
refunded. Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card (american
express, visa, mastercard) Final payment due 2 weeks prior to check
in. Check in is at 3:00 pm/Check out is at 11:00 am
