Vacation Rental Description

Just completed at the end of 2001 with all of the modern  
conveniences.  A heated  
30’ pool fully caged, accessible from either the master bedroom,  
living  
room or family room, 12 foot ceilings, a dock that you can tie your  
boat up to and a locked garage. Inside dining in either the dining  
room or the breakfast  
room and outside on the lanai. Our waterway is located one canal off  
the natural waterway of Marco and with in ½ mile of the Gulf of  
Mexico.  
Manatees, Dolphins and many different kinds of edible fish frequent  
our waterfront. Our 3 bedrooms and two bath waterfront home located  
on a cul de sac is in a traffic free location.

We Do Not Hold To A Strict Saturday Arrival Or Departure Time.

Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Tennis and Golf,  Great restaurants  3  
super markets and a movie theater.There is also a wonderfull park on  
the island for the kids that we helped to build. Public beaches are  
less than 1/2 mile away and have the whitest sand in the world. Sport  
fishing in the Ten Thousand Islands is available in either Goodland  
or Everglade City.
