Vacation Rental Description

This marsh-front home is located in the Sawgrass community of Fripp 
Island, where your view will be of Palms, Marshes, and wildlife as 
opposed to another house. The home is tucked away in a maritime forest 
with views marsh from every window. What makes this home different 
form the other homes on Fripp is the care taken when renovating this 
home, and the privacy you have tucked away in a nautical forest. The 
house has been decorated in a Carribean look with antiques from Bali 
Indonesia, and other Sea Islands of the World, and painted in true 
Island Colors. 
 
Usage of our new Golf Cart is included in the rental price.  The 
Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Private Bathroom, and the two other 
bedrooms have queen beds. 
 
The house is three bedroom, three bath, with a sleeper sofa. This is a 
very comfortable, very relaxing property located just minutes walking 
distance from the community pool, playground, and crabbing dock. The 
beach is just a short walk or bike ride away. The house sits directly 
on the marsh, providing beautiful views and wonderful sunsets. Cable 
TV and High Speed Internet are included. 
 
Fripp Island is private and gated resort offering world-class tennis 
and golf. Wildlife is abundant on the island. Countless species of 
birds, deer, loggerhead turtles, dolphin, egrets, herons, and 
alligators can all be observed on this beautiful island. 
 
Three-and-one-half miles of pristine beach provide the perfect 
location to spend the day in relaxation. Dining, shopping, marinas, 
restaurants, and sightseeing provide something for every member of the 
family. Just 17 miles away is historic downtown Beaufort, and Hunting 
and Harbor Island are both within five miles.

Summer .. May 01-Aug 31 .. $1550/week.  Ask about Monthly Rentals 
Fall .... Sep 01-Oct 31 .. $1250/week. 
Winter .. Nov 01-Feb 28 .. $1000/week. 
Spring .. Mar 01-Apr 30 .. $1250/week. 
$350 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit required to reserve house. 
12% South Carolina Lodging Tax does apply.  Amenity cards are $50 per 
guest. 
We ask our guests for $75 cleaning fee, as it actually costs us more 
to have it cleaned! 
Full Payment of Rental is due 45 days prior to arrival.
