Our relaxing 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the Sawgrass community of Fripp Island Resort in Beaufort, South Carolina.  Our home is tucked away in a maritime forest with panoramic views of the salt water marsh, palm trees, & wildlife from every window!

The house has been decorated in a Caribbean look & finished in island colors so you will know that you are truly on vacation!

This house stands out from others on Fripp because of the privacy our home offers, as it is surrounded by palms, marsh, & water, as opposed to other homes on all sides. This is a very comfortable, very relaxing property located within walking distance to the beach, marshes, community pool, playground, & crabbing dock.  We also include 4 bikes with the rental.

By Golf Cart, which is included in the rental of this home, the beach is less than a 5 minute drive. Because our home is located in a central part of the island, you will find the beach near our home very nice at high and low tide!  There are multiple beach accesses with golf cart parking located throughout Fripp Island.

The Master Suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the marshes & private a bathroom.  The two other bedrooms, one upstairs & one downstairs, each have queen beds.  The home has Cable TV & high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, & central heat & AC.

Fripp Island is a very special place, offering world class golf & tennis, beautiful beaches, & abundant wildlife.  The island is home to countless species of birds, deer, loggerhead turtles, dolphin, egrets, herons, & many other nautical species.

Three and a half miles of pristine beach provide the perfect location to spend the day in relaxation. Fripp's marinas, restaurants, & sightseeing provide something for every member of the family. Just 17 miles away is historic Downtown Beaufort, & Hunting & Harbor Island are both within five miles.
