This beautiful home is located in Prestigious Dolphin Shores in North 
Topsail Beach.  The home has hardwood floors in living areas soft rugs 
in all the bedrooms. Watch the Dolphins and Pelicans from an 
abundance of wonderful outside decking contributing to the exciting 
views of the ocean.  And of course there is an elevator to add to your 
convenience while the beach and the surf are just a few short steps 
away and most private. 
 
This home also has computer with high speed internet, watch a movie on 
on wide screen TV with DVD. or just kick back and listen to music.  
Relax in the Master Suite whirlpool tub just off the living room.  
This home has it all at a great price.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outside showers on sand and second floor deck levels add to your  
convenience. Home sleeps 10, master Suite located on top floor of this 
reversed foor plan has queen size bed. Left bedroom has full size bed 
as does the middle bedroom and the right bedroom has two twin beds as 
does the front left bedroom, all of which are located on the second 
floor.  Laundry room is located on this level with easy to use washer 
and dryer. The second floor bedrooms on the ocean have a covered front 
deck.  Outside Bistro table and chairs with umbrella along with roll 
down awning to shade you on those sunny days along with some old 
fashioned rocking chairs is just the right touch to help you stay 
relaxed.  When you tire of eating out, there is a full kitchen and a 
gas grill for those home cooked meals.

Activities and Attractions

Topsail Island is great for fishing, boating, swiming, surfing, scuba 
diving, and Golf at the North Shore County Club which is open to the 
public. There are fine restaurants on the island with the cities of 
Willmington and Jacksonville within driving distance but it is the 
prestine beach that lures people to keep visiting Topsail Island.

Vacation Rental Rates

Home can be rented Prime Time Seasonal May through September for 4,000 
a week. Off Season for 2,000 a week. Cleaning and linen service is 
included in this price quote. In order to Book a week which runs from 
Saturday 2pm check in to Saturday 11 am check out one quarter deposit 
is required along with a 600.00 dollar security deposit. Sorry, but no 
pets allowed.
