bath, NEW townhome in a gated community in the heart of Florida's  
prime, luxurious, south west coast. This 1800 sq. ft. townhome was   
awarded " Best Community" by local building and industry & community  
associations!  
 
 We are centrally located between Naples( 15 minutes),  Ft Myers(15  
minutes) and Marco Island( 25 minutes) and accessed at interstate   
I - 75, at exit 123, Corkscrew Rd.  The Ft. Myers SW Florida Int'nl.  
airport(RSW) is a mere 10 minutes away.  The location is fantastic!  
The sugar, white sand beaches of Bonita Beach, Vanderbuilt Beach,  
Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel Island and Wiggins Pass Beach   
are just 15 minutes away. Golfing is available at one of dozens of  
courses within 5 miles. Disney world is 2 1/2 hours away by auto. 
 
This home has an open floor plan for spacious and gracious living.  
The first floor has a very large kitchen(corian countertops) with  
eating area, beautifully decorated dining room, richly appointed  
living room, a half bath, and lanai. The second floor has three bedrooms  
including a master suite with a pillow top king bed, separate sitting annex

third bedroom has a day bed with pull out pop up to make two twins  
or one king. A large main bath with tub and shower are convenient to  
both bedrooms. 
A separate laundry room with washer & dryer is also on the second  
floor. 
 
Just minutes away find world class shopping at the brand new Coconut  
Point Mall, new Florida Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet  
Mall,  and waterfront Villages at Venetian Bay.  Very close to  
Publix, pharmacies, awesome Lee County library, Germain Arena,  and  
Florida Gulf Coast University. 
There are very many excellent inland and waterfront restaurants to  
please any pallate and budget within minutes away. The hardest part  
is choosing one!

A very short convenient walk or bike ride away is the resort style  
community center with large pool, complete fitness center, community  
rooms, card room, har-tru tennis courts(lighted), and childrens  
activity play gym. Classes are available in Yoga, arobics, and water  
exercises.  Morning or evening, biking or walking is an easy  
pleasure in this private community.                               
This luxuriously appointed and beautifully furnished and decorated  
townhome has everything you need. The kitchen is very generously  
equipped with corian countertops, top cookware, dishes, utensils,  
barware, dishwasher, microwave, frige with ice/water, glass top  
table and bakers rack. (Although it's more fun to eat out!) Linens  
and towels, hair dryers, iron, etc. are provided. Living room has  
large TV, armoir, surround stereo, & CD player. Master bedroom has  
TV, telephone, desk & internet connection. 
The home has a single car garage with electric operator for your  
convenience.

Activities and Attractions

Award winning golf is just minutes away at any of the many courses.  
The fantastic beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. The Minnesota  
Twins and Boston Red Sox Major league baseball spring training  
camps  are 15 minutes away also. You are close to theaters, Naples  
Philharmonic, Naples 5th Ave., cinemas, and Korshan State Park.
