breath away with its uncrowded, sugary sand beaches and magnificent
turquoise blue & emerald green waters, which are just a short
pedestrian friendly walk from the condo (about 400 yards). Along
Scenic 30A are 4 state parks, 27 miles of greenway trails, 11 rare
coastal dune lakes, 14 beach communities & all are certified blue
wave beaches.
Enjoy dolphins, turtles, and other wildlife viewing in and out of the
water, stroll along the sugary white sand beaches as you look for
shells. Try surfing, fishing or kayaking, or go snorkling. Build a
sand castle, take a dip in the warm, inviting Gulf waters; or just
sit back and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while you listen to the
soothing sound of the crashing waves. You can visit one of the many
parks in the area, charter a fishing boat, play golf, go to a dolphin
show or on a sunset dolphin cruise, visit Big Kahuna Water park
nearby, go jet-skiing or boating, visit a gallery or spa, visit
Seaside's repertory theatre, enjoy fine dining, or bike along miles

On site we have a private pool, lake (with fishing pier), poolside
showers & restrooms, grills, bike racks, private parking, beautiful
landscaping, and our property borders Point Washington Forest. The
beach is about a 5 minute stroll (about 400 yards). Restaurants, 
deli, market, bike paths & rentals are all within short walking distance as well.
This beautifully furnished end unit condo is on the 3rd floor in one
of 2 buildings with elevators. We have a furnished screened porch,
complete with ceiling fan. Guests may enjoy 4 TVs, cable, DVD, VCR,
CD, 10' ceilings, large master bath (1 of 2 full baths), outdoor
storage closet for guests' use with 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella,
wagon for pulling little ones or beach supplies, sand toys, floats,
cooler, kite, frisbee, games, etc. We provide a variety of
childrens's movies, as well as books for the entire family.

Convenient to beach, parks, lakes, shopping, fishing, golf, boating,
outlets, hiking, camping, snorkeling, shows, dolphin cruises, water
parks, galleries, kayaking, spas, jet-skiing, para-sailing, theatre,
nightlife, and some of the best restaurants in the area. Eastern Lake
Bike Trail runs through the village & bike rentals are readily
available.
Point Washington Forest also borders Seagrove. Destin is only minutes
away to the west, with fun activities like Big Kahuna Water Park, The Track, & The Gulfarium (dolphin & other live shows). Silver Sands Outlet
Mall, & other shopping, restaurants are nearby as well. Panama City
is about 20 miles to the east.
