Comfortable and charming, this home has everything you could
want for a vacation for you, a few friends, or the whole family! Fantastic waterfront open canal views from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Located on a 40' wide canal, you can bring your powerboat, jet ski, kayak, or what have you, and concrete dock it right in front in our canal.

The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, is fully stocked with all linens and towels, has a dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, toasted, full-sized washer and drier, all utensils and dishes,  outside gas bar-b-que island. Central air and heat,  televisions, cable tv, local phone line and internet also the computer is included. Wireless high speed internet is available at the rec hall, with connectivity as far as the signal will allow.

- Pool heated, downstairs an enterteiment room, bikes and more. Our concret dock will accommodate approximately up to a 25' boat with outboards.-Outside kitchen island (side burner and BBQ) and patio furniture. Outside shower.One single Kayak for use. One pedal boat for 5 people. Long driveway to accommodate many cars,  RV's and/or boat.

Snorkeling and diving, including the world-famous Looe Key Reef which is the best spot for diving in the keys.
Several good dive charter companies nearby for Boat rentals, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing or charter a boat for your specific fishing wants. Quick boat access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. Fantastic fishing including bill fish, dolphin (mahi-mahi), bone fish, tarpon, and much more. Cudjoe Marina 2 min drive for Large vessels. Excellent and famous restaurants and many tiki bars nearby. Many sand beaches nearby for relaxing and having fun. Bahia Honda State Park, Dolphin Research Center, Nation Key Deer Refuge, and Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge are located nearby. Only 23 miles from the wild and crazy and totally unique town of Key West, Theater arts, Museums and art Galleries and Lots of unique shops where there is a sunset party 365 days per year.

certified check.

$800 is a required deposit to hold reservation and $150 Cleaning fee,
the utilities are included.
