Vacation Rental Description

This spacious 3400 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath home features a 
unique design with massive fireplace in the center of a circular 
living and dining room.  Great Big Open Lake Views with 3 large 
decks for entertaining.  Over 300' of shoreline.  3 bedrooms on main 
floor with King, Queen, 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms.  Lower level 
has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, bathroom and family room with double 
futon.  Large fully stocked kitchen with Double Oven and center 
island with eating for 4.  Dining room table will seat 8.  
Beautifully furnished with great mattresses and all linens included.

This is a Non-Smoking Home & No Pets. No Exceptions!!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home features a gas grill.  Dining table that seats 6 on the upper 
deck.   Seating for 7 on the lower deck with firepit for those cool 
evenings.  Seating for 4 on the 3rd swimming deck.  Direct TV in 4 
rooms.  DVD/VCR in family room.  Washer/Dryer and extra 2 door 
refridgerator in lower level laundry room.  Plenty of games, books 
and water toys including water ski's.  5 fishing poles and Kayack 
are available for use.  Covered dock to put your boat or jet ski 
in.  The 3rd deck overlooks the 100' beach on the cove side for 
swimming.  

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy all of the recreational activities on a lake with over 300 
miles of shoreline or sit back on the decks and take in the peaceful 
surroundings.  Only 10 minutes from the town of Seneca and 15 
minutes from Clemson University.  Walking distance to South Cove 
Park for tennis or to use the boat launching facilities.  Lake 
Keowee Marina is less than 10 minutes from the dock.  They have boat 
rentals, fueling and a wonderful Tiki Hut restaurant and Bar.  For 
nature enthusiasts, many area waterfalls can be enjoyed by water or 
land.  Golf is only a short distance away and a variety of courses 
to choose from.  Many day trips are only 1 hour away such as 
Highlands & Cashiers, NC.
