Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Italian style Villa on the Maine coast.  Conveniently 
located in Sedgwick between Blue Hill and the Deer Isle 
Bridge. Very close to Brooklin and convenient to many choice 
destinations such as Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, 
Belfast, Camden, Deer Isle, and the entire Acadia and mid coast 
region.  Grocery stores only 10 minutes away.  Spacious, fully 
equipped, beautifully furnished home on the Benjamin River with 
beautiful views of the river and marsh. Kayak and canoe rentals 
available nearby.  

Lots of privacy. The 3 bedrooms are completely separate, each with 
its own bathroom. Also sunroom, laundry room, LR, DR, kitchen, high
speed internet, 1.5 acres.

Bedroom and Bathroom situation: The Master bedroom is on the first 
floor and has a king bed and a full bath with double vanity.  Second 
bedroom is upstairs and has 2 twin beds OR can be made into a king 
with the converter.  The bathroom for that bedroom has a shower.  
The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and also has a bathroom 
with a shower.  There is also a half bath on first floor.

Kayak out the back door! 5 minutes from the best sailing in the 
world, hike in Acadia National Park. Relax....so much to do at this 
property.

50% Deposit at time of reservation; balance due 60 days prior to
