Vacation Rental Description

The house has a main room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace.  This 
room serves as dining and living room.  The kitchen is modern with a 
new refrigerater and brand new stove.  There is a large family room 
on the lower level. The interior is all pine with large windows and 
skilights and overlooks Lake Garfield.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a parking pad for at least three cars, a deck overlooking 
the lake and a large dock for winter lounging.  The house is within 
walking distance of a general store,a library and a playground/ball 
field and is 15 minutes from Great Barrington and Lee.

Activities and Attractions

The house is 5 minutes from Butternut, 20 minutes from Catamount or 
Otis Ridge and 40 minutes from Jiminy Peak. Because of the unique 
waterfront location of the house, ice skating, cross country skiing, 
sledding and even ice fishing can take place right at the front door.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rental period is from November 1 through March 31 and the rate is 
$1500 - $1600 per month.  Utilities, snow plowing and telephone costs 
are not included in the rent.
