Ski House on Lake Garfield in Monterey, Ma. in Monterey

We rent the house for ski season only - months from November through March

The house has a main room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. This
room serves as dining and living room. The kitchen is modern with a
new refrigerater and brand new stove. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms The interior is all pine with large windows and skilights and overlooks Lake Garfield. We have a complete laundry room with new, large washer and new large drier.  There is also a T.V./ offcie room

There is a parking pad for at least three cars, a deck overlooking
the lake and a large new dock for winter lounging. There is 60 feet of private lakefront. The house is within walking distance of a library and a playground/ball field and an ice skating rink.  the house is  15 minutes from Great Barrington and Lee where there is great shopping. We have Direct TV and high speed internet connection

The house is 5 minutes from Butternut, 20 minutes from Catamount or
Otis Ridge and 40 minutes from Jiminy Peak. Because of the unique
waterfront location of the house, ice skating, cross country skiing,
sledding and even ice fishing can take place right at the front door.

The rental period is from November 1 through March 31 and the rate is
$1200 per month. Utilities, snow plowing and telephone costs
are not included in the rent.
