This 14th floor unit is on the beach at Sea Winds. Sea Winds is a
smaller condo complex with about 80 units. Enjoy a newly renovated and furnished unit. Master bedroom has a king size bed. A second
bedroom offers two twin beds. A queen size pull out sleeper is
located in the living room. There is a beautiful view from the
balcony which overlooks the Gulf.
This unit is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a
theatre. It is one of the best locations on the beach with the
Apollo Tide Restaurant right next door.

vacation rental rates
Low Season Rates usually begin the middle of April thru the middle of
December (It depends upon Easter week).
High Season Rates usually begin the end of December thru the middle of April.
A 10% tax is charged and we require a damage deposit of $250 which is refundable.
We do not allow short term rentals, a minimum of 7 nights is required.
Saturday to Saturday rentals are required during the summer and winter high season.
