Vacation Rental Description

This quiet corner lot with plenty of RV and boat parking is located  
on the north side of town.  It sits up for a beautiful view of the  
lake and evening sunsets. It's located less than a mile up the hill  
from Windsor Boat ramp. The inside is clean and neatly decorated.   
The master bathroom has been recently remodeled.  Two rooms are  
furnished with Queen size beds and the third room has a full size  
bed. The pool includes a spa and has been professionally landscaped.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped.  All rooms have T.V.s with cable  
access.  All bedrooms are completely furnished.  Pool towels are  
available.  Lounge in chairs on the pool deck with an  
umbrella for your comfort.  Backyard bar-b-q and outside seating for  
dining.

Activities and Attractions

This house is perfect for a Lake Havasu vacation. Enjoy the lake  
activites and create great gatherings at home with plenty of space  
to park your toys.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates depend on the length of stay.   
$200.00 per night for non-holiday. 
$1200.00 for 1 week--non holiday. 
$1,800.00 for 1 month 
$1,400.00 for 3-5 months. 
  
Holiday rates are slightly higher.
