Vacation Rental Description

Charming Mexican colonial located in Colonia San Antonio, easy 
walking distance to Jardin and centro. Local bus at door every 12 
minutes. Fully equipped kitchen (gas range, microwave, disposal, 
blender,coffee maker,etc), Comfortable living room with fireplace, 
TV, DVD and view of fountain and garden. Large master bedroom with 
walk-in closet and tub/shower bath on first foor. Guest bedroom and 
tub/shower bath on second floor. Casita with shower bath. Casa del 
Sol is truly sunny and bright with private, enclosed rear yard and 
front courtyard. Large terrazo on second floor with panoramic views 
of San Miguel and the distant hills.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable televisions in living room and master bedroom. High speed 
Internet available. 
Maid service twice a week includes cleaning, making beds and 
laundry. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. 
Purified water thru out. New King size bed in Master, Queen and 
single beds in guest bedroom. Single bed in Casita. Local rental 
manager, fluent in English and Spanish, is able to assist with any 
questions or specific needs while you are vacationing.

Activities and Attractions

San Miguel offers a wide range of cultural activities, plays, 
Chamber Music Festival, movies, discussion groups, home tours, 
classes, sports (golf, tennis, swimming, hot springs, hiking, 
horseback riding), tours and much more.

reservation. Full payment 30 days prior to rental date. Additional
