Fully equipped kitchen (6 burner gas range, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, blender,coffee maker,etc), Comfortable living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, books and view of fountain and garden. Large master bedroom with TV, walk-in closet and tub/shower bath on first foor. Private lounging area with chaise off Bedroom. Guest bedroom and tub/shower bath on second floor with access to terraza. Casita with shower bath. Casa del Sol is truly sunny and bright with a private, enclosed rear yard and front courtyard. Large terrazo on second floor with panoramic views of San Miguel and the distant hills.
