Vacation Rental Description

Casa Bella is located 40 miles north of San Diego, a short drive from Interstate 15.  It's a 4700 sq ft ranch style 
house with garage, carport and plenty of parking space.  The surrounding trees provide privacy screening for 
the patio, lawn, swimming pool and hot tub/spa.  Lounge chairs and umbrellas are placed poolside for days in 
the sun.

The Greatroom is a large lounge with central fireplace, sofas, and bar tables.

The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for self catered buffets and meals of all styles.

The bar extends from the kitchen to service the dance floor, which has a DJ station and dance pole.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms provide shared room sleeping accommodation with 3 King beds in a large 
open plan room and 2 Queen beds in each of the other two rooms.  Two additional rooms contain 6 queen sized 
bunk beds, dormitory style.  The house is designed for communal living for groups of couples.  It is not suitable 
for children.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This villa is away from it all, so you'll need to bring everything you want, or make sure we have it there for you.  
Of course, this is the beauty of Casa Bella.
Yet, it's an easy day trip to play golf, visit a casino, hike in the mountains, go to the beach, Sea World, the zoo, 
or the city.

Activities and Attractions

Important:  We will be hosting a party at Casa Bella on Saturday night every two weeks.  Attendance at the 
party will be included if you choose to stay over one of those weekends.  Please be aware that the party will 
continue until 3:00 a.m. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Standard rates apply year round.  Reservation deposit is $1100. 

$2300/2800/3150/3400 for 3/4/5/6 days 

$3500 per week, Sunday thru Saturday 

Rental rates do not include supplies, laundry, or cleaning, which are one-time charges.
