This gound level house has 75' of deep water dockage, easy out to the
Gulf. Nice back yard with gas grill, bait freezer. Screened porch
on the side of the house. Nice large kitchen, all tiled floors,
central air, washer/dryer. Master has french doors opening to the
back yard. Queen bed in master, double in second bedroom and a
trudle bed in the third. There is also a sleeper-sofa in the living
room. Nice quiet neighborhood!
