Vacation Rental Description

Really nice unit with bamboo wood flooring, granite counter tops in 
the kitchen and baths. Nice view of the pool from living room, 
balcony and master bedroom. Master bedroom has King bed with goose 
down pillows goose down duvet covers. TV/VCR/DVD player and private 
bath with dual sinks. Guest room has Queen bed with goose down pillow 
and duvet and TV/VCR/DVD player. 3rd room has twin bed. Living Room 
has sleeper sofa with large screen TV/VCR/DVD. Large glass top 
pinapple table with 6 chairs. Boat slip for private boat dockage with 
direct access (2 minutes) to the Suwannee River and 5 more minutes to 
the Gulf of Mexico. Pontoon Boat rentals for $185 full day $135 for 4 
hours. Golf cart for $40 a day to tour the coastal village. Unit is 
next to the elevator for easy access.

dishes, linens, washer/dryer. cable tv. telephone with unlimited long 
distance. bath soap, tissue, blender, bagel toaster,hand mixer,

Activities and Attractions

Private boat slip to dock your vessel.
Swimming Pool. Elevator. You can also rent a pontoon boat if you need 
one and tour the Suwannee River to see the manatee, or chance 
catching a sturgeon jumping. See the Eagle, Egret, Osprey, Pelicans, 
Seagull, Heron. Private are to clean your fish. Go up the river to 
visit Manatee Springs. Rent a golf cart and ride around the village. 
Take a ride down the Dixie Main Line and wind through the lower 
Suwannee Wildlife Refuge. Fish by the banks and during season catch 
red fish and trout from the banks. Also Bass and Shell Crackers. 
Tarpon fish the mouth of the river.Or just relax, unwind in this 
unspoiled area of Florida where the Mouth of the Suwannee River flows 
into the Gulf of Mexico.
