soaring down the slopes. Our Granby Ranch rental is convenient to 
many popular vacation activities in the Winter Park, SolVista and 
Grand Lake area.

This new luxurious fairway cabin overlooks the beautiful Headwaters 
Golf Course at Granby Ranch, Colorado. Located at Sol Vista Ski 
Resort and 15 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, there are endless 
activities all year round. Our mountain retreat has views of the 
Headwaters Golf Course, the Sol Vista Ski Slopes and the Rocky 
Mountain National Park.

Activities and Attractions

Granby Ranch Colorado, a four season retreat just 15 miles northwest 
of Winter Park, offers year round activities for everyone. Sol Vista 
Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is comprised of two hills, 33 trails, 5 
lifts and more than 25 km of maintained Nordic back country trails. 
This resort is perfect for families and groups looking for a ski 
vacation that encourages togetherness. During the spring, the snow 
melts revealing Granby Ranch's green slopes with extensive hiking 
and biking trails. 

In late spring Headwaters Golf Course opens with 18 holes 
incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. Adjacent to 
the golf course, Granby Ranch now offers private fly fishing access 
or you can enjoy Colorado catch and release fishing just a few miles 
up the Fraser River. Whether you are looking for a vacation packed 
with activities such as skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking and biking
