2 bedroom GULF SIDE COTTAGE IN PARADISE in Longboat Key

If you've never visited Longboat Key, we invite you to experience the serene beauty of this island paradise that we call home. In either case, the time you've spent here will surely remain in your memory as one of your most enjoyable vacations.

Our property consists of two comfortable houses on the spectacular beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Please also view details on our 3-bedroom house,(Listing #35993)which may be rented together with this 2-bedroom property for a perfect side-by-side family vacation.
Unlike most other properties on Longboat Key, our houses are available for weekly occupancy, as well as for the usual monthly or bi-weekly rentals.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms (queen bed in master, queen in second bedroom), 2 full baths, living room with 2 pull-out queen sofas, dining room, eat-in kitchen, laundry facilities and outside hot tub. Sleeps 6-8 adults very comfortably.

The cottage is fully furnished and complete with central air and heat, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, phones, wireless internet access, stereo, DVD player, alarm clock, washer, dryer, beach chairs, outdoor furniture, barbeque grill, and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave,
refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. NO DISHWASHER. Every necessity has been provided, including linens, beach towels, dishes, flatware and stemware. Covered parking area. Please smoke outdoors.  Family pets welcome.

You may stock your refrigerator and cupboards with a short trip to Publix Supermarket, about three miles south of the cottage.

Of course, the beach is usually the main attraction, since the water is turquoise and the sand is fine and white. Walking the beach in the evening and experiencing one of our breathtaking sunsets is a favorite way of bringing a close to a relaxing day. There are
several restaurants on the island which offer the finest in dining, as well as local "spots" where the atmosphere is more casual. There are also many other delights close at hand, some of which include:

** Disney World - an easy 1 1/2 hour drive.
** World famous Mote Marine Aquarium at the southern end of the Key.
** St. Armand's Circle - a world-class mecca of shopping and dining.
** The beautiful city of Sarasota, the cultural center of Florida, where you can enjoy movies, theater, the Ringling Museum, dining, shopping and many other activities.
** Nearby amenities include golf, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, boating, and scooter rentals.
