Vacation Rental Description

Built in 1995 this 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor, deluxe condo is 
fully furnished an ready for you to enjoy.  It features new 
appliances, a private balcony and leather furniture in the living 
room.  This very clean and comfortable condo is just 2 short blocks 
from the public access to the beach.  A beautiful heated pool is 
ready and waiting for you to enjoy.  Delightful and charming sidewalk 
restaurants and shopping is just a short walk away.  The Publix 
supermarket is also within short walking distance.  Public basketball 
and tennis courts are close by.  One stay in Lauderdale by the Sea 
and you will be hooked.  Many return annually.  This quaint and cozy 
little sea side village is very safe and secure and is removed from 
all the noise, hustle and traffic along the main Ft. Lauderdale beach 
area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully and nicely furnished, this turnkey, 1 bedroom 1 bath with 
shower in tub condo has central air and heat.  It is located on the 
second floor with a private furnished balcony.  It features a full 
kitchen with new appliances, all utensils needed including a 
microwave and dish washer.  It features a new cable tv with DVD/VCR 
in the living room and a second TV with VCR in the bedroom.  Local 
telephone service, king size bed in bedroom, leather couch makes into 
queen size bed, folding roll away bed is also available.  All linens 
provided, onsite laundry facility, pets ok with prior approval.  
Heated pool, steps to beach and shopping.  Plenty of free parking.

Activities and Attractions

Scuba dive or snorkel right from the beach with 3 living refs 
starting approx. 100 yards offshore.  Rated Florida's best beach for 
scuba diving.  Wlaking distance to fishing/picnic pier with onsite 
equipment sales, rental and bait.  Over 50 nearby championship golf 
courses.  Several fine dining establishments nearby.  Walk to several 
open air resturants/bar and grills.  Minutes to downtown Ft. 
Lauderdale, Las Olas Boulevard and the Performing Arts Center.  15 
minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 35 Minutes to Miami Airport, and 
Orlando Disneyworld is 3 hours away.

Vacation Rental Rates
   Yearly rental $1,300 per month
   January thru April $3,300 per month - $900 weekly
   Holiday weeks available $1,300 per week between Christmas and New
      Year.
   Summer weeks available at $1,500 per month - $700 weekly
   Write for additional quotes not listed

   50% deposit is required to confirm reservations
   Balance due 30 days before arrival
   $75 one time cleaning fee for cleaning upon departure
     All other cleaning responsibility of renter or available by 
       request for additional cleaning at additional costs.
State Law Requires a State Sales Tax on short term rentals (6 months 
or less)
10AM check out - 4 PM check in
$300 refundable security deposit
