A dedicated TV channel provides nonstop monitoring of the swimming 
pool, outdoor spa, parking garage, and gatehouse. Parking areas enjoy

Depending on duration the rent is negotiable. 
 
Rates are as follows: 
 
$375 for 4 nights 
 
$600 for the full week. 
 
There is $70 key deposit fully refundable which includes key,gate 
opener,key fob 
 
$50 cleaning fee, $200 pet deposit fee and $200 fully refundable deposit
