Totally renovated beach cottage, 3 bedrooms, 1 with king-sized bed, 1 double bed, and 3 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, (large outdoor shower with hot and cold water), large deck, screen porch, fully furnished kitchen,
including microwave and dishwasher, air-conditioning, cable television, all linens.

Located on the ocean in Crescent Beach, close to boat launch ramps
accessing the Intracoastal Waterway, near kayak renting facility,
deep sea fishing, and
the historical city of Saint Augustine.

Sunning, surfing, boogie-boarding, swimming, gathering shells, surf
fishing, lounging, reading and relaxing.

$1,400 per week, August 1 through May 31.
$1,500 per week, June 1 through July 31.
$250 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
$50 pet fee per animal, non-refundable.
$150 cleaning fee.
$300 damage/reservation deposit.
All rates subject to 9% sales tax.
