Isla Del Sol is a private, tranquil island community on 350  
beautifully landscaped acres on the southern tip of St.  
Petersburg.It is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico, Ft. de  
Soto Park, I-275, shopping, restaurants and much more. Tampa  
International Airport and St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport are only  
30 min. away.  
This condo looks fabulous and lives great. It is a luxury condo on  
the 4th floor, overlooking the water and the tropical landscaping of  
Isla del Sol. Everything in this condo is brand new, flooring,  
bathrooms, furniture, kitchen and more. The kitchen features all new  
cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.  
Enjoy this tastefully decorated condo and all Isla del Sol has to  
offer! The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a  
relaxing vacation. Your private parking spot is right outside the

Activities are available for the young and young-at-heart. Fishing,  
swimming, golfing, boating, sight-seeing trips, nightlife, gaming  
cruises, watercraft rentals. Minutes away from white sandy Gulf  
beaches, Fort-de-Soto Park (designated as one of the top five  
beaches in the US), shopping, restaurants, Pass-A-Grille with its  
unique shops and galleries, catch the Trolley to Clearwater or  
downtown St. Petersburg. Bush Gardens is a short 45 minutes drive.  
Visit Disney World, Universal studios and Sea World in less than 2  
hours.

Rental rates are subject to 12% tax 
30% deposit is required with the booking 
Balance is due 30 days prior arrival

$ 500 security deposit upon arrival
