MEDIUM: January 19, 2009 to April 30, 2009 - $3,400 per week **
HIGH: May 1, 2009 to September 8, 2009 - $5,050 per week
LOW: September 9, 2009 to November 5, 2009 - $3,050 per week
PEAK-HOLIDAY: November 26, 2009 to January 4, 2010 - $5,600 per week
** SPECIAL: March 1, 2009 to April 30, 2009 - $2,800 per week

Payment:
$700 deposit required at time of booking. Remainder is due 45 days prior to arrival. $500
refundable damage/cleaning deposit. Additional deposit for heating of the pool and spa.
Other:
No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed. Two weeks advance notice is required to heat the pool
and spa.
Cancellation:
5% penalty if cancelled 90+ days prior to arrival
30% penalty if cancelled 60-89 days prior to arrival
45% penalty if cancelled 31-59 days prior to arrival
No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival if home is not re-rented.
If home is re-rented for the reserved period, all monies will be refunded less a 25% cancellation
fee.
