Perfect Vacation: Right on the Beach w/ Great Pool & Jacuzzi in Indian Rocks Beach

Marco Island is a great area and the condo made it even better. The view was excellent and the place was equipped with everything you could need. Eric was great to work with and responded very quickly when I had a question. Despite being overcast most of the time we managed a fair amount of beach time plus it afforded us the opportunity to visit some of the interesting sites in Collier county rather than spending all our timr on the beach.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Much lacking

When my husband and I arrived at our rental unit, it was dirty and not in very good condition overall. The floors were dirty, the shower curtains were moldy, and the couch was in very poor condition to sit on. For being a 2 bedroom place, the kitchen and living room was big enough for only 2 people. The pool area and beach were very nice, so as long as the weather was good, it was a good place to be so we could be outside - but the inside lacked alot. I would not come back to this place, not because of its location, but because the inside living space was so small, it was dirty, and the couch in the living room was in poor condition. Roaches were found in unit, and there was very little closet space. Owners were asked for mop and vacuum, but none were provided or given to keep the place clean. I would give this place a poor to fair rating.

Great vacation for multiple families

My family of five shared this condo with my brother's family of five. We had six kids ages 6 and under for a week in this condo and it was great. We could go out to the pool in the morning and head out on the beach later in the day. We had two infants, so we could relax in the condo during naptimes while the dads took the others out to the pool. It is in walking distances to shopping and restaurants or you could hop on the trolley to head up to Clearwater Beach. We are already planning our next vacation at this same unit.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
