Vacation Rental Description

Three bedroom, two bathroom, 1500 square foot beachfront house 
located near Downtown Cocoa Beach. Wood floors, open beam with 
tongue and groove wood ceiling, Flat screen TV with Satellite and 
DVD, and fantastic Ocean views make it a pleasure to stay inside the 
house. Tropical paint color theme gives the feeling of being in the 
Bahamas.  You can watch the dolphins swim in the Ocean from the 
couch in the living room!

Outside you have a beautiful Sandy Beach in the backyard. There is a 
large concrete deck area in the backyard that is great for sitting 
on the beach without getting sand on your feet. The sandy beach is 
very wide and offers loads of room for the kids to play in the sand. 
An outside shower with hot water is available for rinsing off after 
playing on the beach or in the Ocean. Numerous restaurants are 
nearby and well as a shopping mall, Ron Jon's surf shop, and many 
other shops.
