vacation rental description
This is a quiet 16 unit condo complex on the bay side which is
primarily owner occupied. This condo is in a great location which is
one block from the main strip,2 blocks from the beach and near the
entertainment district. The area is secluded from noise and traffic
you will enjoy the tranquility that comes with property. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the unit.

This unit will sleep six. One bedroom queen size bed with large
closet. One bath. Bunk beds and a full size sofa sleeper in living
room. Nice kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances.
All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Microwave, toaster,
coffee maker and blender. All linens and towels are provided for
condo.(Please bring beach towels). Stackable washer and dryer.
Dining table and bar area with bar stools. TV with cable. Complex has a remodeled swimming pool in center. Community barbacue pit and picnic table.

vacation rental rates
October 1st through February 31st long term rental available. $750.00 per
month plus taxes and fees. Electric bill not included.
March 1 throuth March 30 $200 to $300 per night. (Families get lower rates )
May 1st through September 5th $100 per night 5 night minimum. WILL ACCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR
LABOR DAY WEEKEND, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND or FOURTH OF JULY!!! Rates for those holidays are $150/nght
All Prices include Taxes and Fees. $45 Cleaning Fee.
All Rental periods are subject to a deposit. Deposits are refundable unless there is damage or lost or stolen items. Must give 1 week notice of cancellation in writing
throuh e- mail or deposit will be kept. Must give 2 weeks notice of cancellation during all holidays including Spring Break. I will accept payment through PayPal and Money Orders.
Pet deposits are non-refundable
