This unit will sleep six. One bedroom queen size bed with large
closet. One bath. Bunk beds and a full size sofa sleeper in living
room. Nice kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances.
All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Microwave, toaster,
coffee maker and blender. All linens and towels are provided for
condo.(Please bring beach towels). Stackable washer and dryer.
Dining table and bar area with bar stools. TV with cable. Complex has a remodeled swimming pool in center. Community barbacue pit and picnic table.

October 1st through February 31st long term rental available. $750.00 per
month taxes and fees and all bills included. Deposit $250.00 (Non-Refundable if canceled before 14 days of check in date). Daily rate $75.00 per night 3 night minimum.
March 1 throuth March 30 $120 per night 5 night minimum *Sorry no Spring Breakers*
April 1st through September 5th $100 per night 5 night minimum. WILL ACCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR
LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!!
All Prices inclued Taxes and Fees. $40 Cleaning Fee.
All Rental periods are subject to a deposit. Non Refundable
if cancelled 48hrs before check in from March 1st-30th and April 1st-
September 5th.
