yourself at home, relax on the patio furniture and enjoy a Southwest
sunset.  Located in the Villages at McCormick Ranch.  You will enjoy a
great vacation here.  Available now and for the entire fall/winter

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our fully furnished condo is ready for you to enjoy and includes all
the furnishings, appliances, dishes and necessities.  There are 2
master-sized bedrooms with lots of closet space, 2 full bathrooms,
kitchen with dining table, formal dining area and family room with a
wood-burning fireplace.  The condo sleeps 4-6.  Outside is a covered
patio with grass, trees, palms and lush desert landscaping.  The pool
area is in view.  The unit includes: Refrigerator/freezer/icemaker,
microwave, washer/dryer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes,
pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, 3 TV’s, DVD, 2 couches, 2
dining tables, 2 queen beds, linens, towels, air conditioning &
heating, ceiling fans, iron+board, outdoor furniture and storage room,
more.  Prime Scottsdale location Southeast of Shea & 101 Fwy.  

Activities and Attractions

In the complex, there are 6 heated Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ areas (just
steps from one) and 8 lighted tennis courts.  Greenbelt areas with
bike and walking paths surround the area.  There are numerous golf
courses, a wide variety of restaurants, and tons of shopping nearby. 
Just minutes from Suns, Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Spring Training and
ASU stadiums.  There is a bowling alley, movies, concert venues and
several Indian casinos nearby.  Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and
the vast Arizona high country are within 2-4 hours.  Mountain biking,
hiking trails, parks, lakes & streams for fishing & boating are only a
few of the activities available.  Its only minutes from Phoenix Sky
Harbor Airport.

June & September - $1300 per month
October, November, May - $1500 per month
December, April - $2100 per month
January – March: $2500 per month

Non-refundable deposit required at time of booking

Refundable security/key deposit
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
