Jan - Apr: $3,200 (Special) per month, plus 10.5% FL tax
           $1,500 per week   plus 10.5% FL tax
May - Sep: $3,000 (Special) per month, plus 10.5% FL tax 
           $1,250 per week,  plus 10.5% FL tax
Oct - Dec: $4,000 (Special) per month, plus 10.5% FL tax 
           $2,000 per week,  plus 10.5% FL tax

Other rental periods and various start/stop days are OK. Please call

$500 Security Deposit

$150 cleaning fee (Weekly)

$200 cleaning fee (Monthly)

Pets - Dogs and Cats OK 
$250 Security Deposit per animal.
